We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Please note that all masks are considered personal health products and are final sale unless defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Please state "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
If you received the wrong item and would like a refund, you will be required to send a photo of the items you did receive. You will also be required to send these items back to our warehouse. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with further details and a photo. Please state "WRONG ITEM(S)" in the subject line.
